Bank Fraud
In 2001 a major US Mortgage Bank found that it had been defrauded out of more than $8,000,000 by a group that included a former employee. The Bank engaged a major east coast Law Firm who in turn engaged FRGi to conduct the investigation. During the course of the investigation, which lasted some 14 months, we identified, located and interviewed witnesses, reviewed more than three hundred property transactions, conducted physical surveillance of the subjects and assisted in the preparation of document production requests and deposition materials. To date we have aided in the recovery of substantial amounts of cash and several of the subjects have pled guilty to criminal charges.
