Financial Searches - We have the ability to locate financial institution accounts held by businesses and individuals using multiple methods of legal asset location, which may include public records, creditor information, insurance records, UCC filings, trash inspections, surveillance, databases, vendor records and payments, third party information, applications and foreign sources. These searches can be conducted on a state and / or nationwide basis as well as in a number of international jurisdictions. The types of accounts located can often include stocks, bonds and negotiable instruments in addition to cash accounts. Real Property - In addition to locating currently owned real property we have extensive in-house research and database capabilities enabling us to locate real property held by trusts, controlled corporate entities and other vehicles controlled by the Subject. We also provide transfer analysis, and estimated assessments of values and incomes of the properties. Other Assets - There is often significant value in other assets such as Automobiles, Aircraft and Watercraft. We have the ability to track a Subject’s ownership or control of such assets and provide estimates of their value. Other discoverable assets may include, business interests, patents, royalties and accounts and loans receivable. Documentation Review - We provide in-depth analysis of documents produced pursuant to court order or discovery. These documents, which may include bank records, financial statements and tax returns, often provide indications of assets, transfers and other sources of income.
